Getting Started
- Create an account, verify your email, and complete onboarding.
- Set your preferences in Settings to tailor notifications, calendar, and privacy.
Common Questions (FAQ)
- How do I book a session? Join a space, find the a session, pay for it and attend the session.
- Can I add dependants? Yes—add or edit dependants in your profile.
- How do cancellations work? Check the space’s cancellation policy before confirming.
Troubleshooting
- App won’t load: Check connectivity and update to the latest version.
- Can’t log in: Use “Forgot password” or request a magic link.
- Missing notifications: Enable push in device settings and in-app preferences.
- Payment failed: Update your card and try again; contact support if it persists.
Account & Profile
- Update name, photo, and contact info in Settings.
- Manage dependants and participant preferences from your profile.
Bookings & Sessions
- View upcoming and past sessions in your dashboard.
- Reschedule or cancel from the booking details screen (subject to policy).
- Join virtual sessions via the session details link (if enabled).
Calendar Integration
- Connect your calendar in Settings to sync bookings.
- Grant permission when prompted; revoke anytime in device settings.
- If events don’t sync, reconnect and refresh your calendar.
Notifications
- Enable push and email updates for bookings, reminders, and messages.
- Mute or adjust notification types in Settings.
Payments & Subscriptions
- We use Stripe with Apple/Google Pay as secure providers to process payments.
- Manage plans, update cards, and view invoices in Billing.
- For refunds, refer to the space’s refund policy or contact support.
Privacy & Data
- We collect only what’s needed to run the service.
- Review our Privacy Policy.
- Request data export or deletion by contacting support.
Status & Incidents
Check service status and incident updates at [status page or Twitter handle]. If there’s an outage, we’ll post updates and ETAs there first.
